I think like 3 years of experience, but really only 1 year of actively trying to get better. I'm not organised enough to have a traditional pipeline I pretty much just think of an idea and work on it over time until its done. I guess how I work is to get a render of the general feel of the thing I want to make and just improve from there until I think its good enough to share. But the improvement process never really ends.

Fake, no one can get that high up the flagpole. But in all honesty, this was a very good animation. Especially for someone who was 13 at the time!
